Three Unique Treatment Plans Designed to Help You Say Hello Fit, Goodbye Fat
Weight loss is an exciting endeavor, but the journey can be stressful without the help of a knowledgeable, highly trained team to support you. Whether you need to lose a few pounds or more, Back to 30™ has you covered. We have designed three unique treatment plans to suit your needs. These plans can be used on their own or combined with others to maximize the effectiveness of your treatment. Because we know that weight loss is only successful with a solid plan, we can help you build and adhere to one that works for you. We have various locations in Upstate South Carolina, including Greenville and Boiling Springs, offering these services.*
Plan #1: Our Weight Loss Tool Kit
Our signature weight loss tool kit is designed for men and women who want to achieve specific weight loss goals. It includes:
- Detox tea
- Medical-grade probiotics
- Lipo BC tablets
- Delicious recipe cards
Depending on your current weight and weight loss goals, one of our Back to 30 professionals may also recommend our "Skinny Shots" as an addition to your treatment plan. Our team is available to walk you through your plan and give you the nudge you need to stick to it. We understand that weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Even if you fall off the wagon, our team is available to help you hop back on.
For your convenience, the kit is easy-to-use, portable, and a great addition to your travel necessities.
Plan #2: MRT Food Sensitivity Test
Food intolerances or sensitivities affect many men and women. According to research published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, more than 20 percent of the population suffers from food intolerance or allergies. The most common types of food sensitivities include lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, and caffeine intolerance.
Although food intolerances are typically not as dangerous as allergies, they play a major role in many common health conditions and can trigger uncomfortable symptoms such as:
- Abdominal pain
- Joint and muscle pain
- Digestive problems
These symptoms are caused by your immune system's reaction to certain foods in your diet. While it may be easy to identify milk as a problematic food, other "healthy" foods such as chicken, broccoli, or garlic may also trigger these sensitivities.
More than 20 percent of the population suffers from good intolerance or food allergy. Do you know what foods you are sensitive to?
At Back to 30, we provide testing to identify which foods or food chemicals are contributing to your discomfort. The test is simple. The Mediator Release Test®, or MRT, tests for sensitivities to over 100 different foods and chemicals. During the test, we will pair your blood with the test substances and monitor your immune cell function.
Once the test is complete, you will meet with one of our highly trained medical practitioners to review your results. We will then create an individual dietary plan that lists the foods you cannot eat. The goal is to reduce inflammation and improve your symptoms over the next few weeks.
Plan #3: Fasting Mimicking Diet
Our team believes that fasting can play a very important role in your weight loss journey, so we created a Fasting Mimicking Diet. The five-day meal program consists of:
- A plant-based diet including soups, bars, drinks, snacks, teas, and supplement formula tablets
- 1,150 calories on day one
- 800 calories on days one through five
The plan is designed to maximize the protective effects of fasting, provide micronutrient nourishment, and minimize hunger to make fasting easier on the patient. We can also conduct blood testing before and after your Fasting Mimicking Diet to help you better understand the results.
