Because we have 4 locations and many consultations, we noticed an increase in “no show” appointments and decided that we need to make a change to ensure that there is availability to keep you looking and feeling your best.
All of our consultations are complimentary. For appointments longer than 1 1/2 hours, we do take a deposit of $125. The deposit taken is not a fee, but is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance at the end of your visit. If a client is not being treated or cancels with a 48 hour notice, the deposit will be refunded to your account.
Because our practitioners books fill up quickly, we encourage clients to book their appointments a few weeks in advance. Back to 30 strives to provide 5 star service and want our clients to have the date and time they desire. When booking an appointment, we may ask for a credit card number to secure your appointment. Depending on the duration of the service, some appointments may also require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out intake forms and consents. These intake forms will also be e-mailed to you prior to your appointment. You have access to this paperwork on the online portal located on our website.
At Back to 30, every client is offered a complimentary consultation with one of our expert practitioners. During the consultation, one of our practitioners will assess you to determine the best treatment plan. A service that works for one client, may not be the best option for another client. We have many services to provide and want our clients to be satisfied with their results.
Clients MUST provide a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 1 ½ hours. A 48 hour notice is required for appointments longer than 1 ½ hours.
$125 deposits are taken for appointments longer than 1 1/2 hours. If the 1 1/2 hour appointment is not rescheduled or missed within the 48 hour timeframe, the deposit is used cover the no show fee. If the service has been paid in full, no additional deposit will be taken but $125 will be used from that pre-payment amount in the event of a no show.
Appointments less than 1 1/12 hours that are not rescheduled or missed within the 24 hour timeframe are subject to a $50 no show fee to be charged to the clients account.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting appointments of other clients.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Packages must be used within a 12 month period (excluding Laser Hair Removal). Any package services not used during that 12 month window will be expired. Laser Hair Removal must be used within 18 months. No refunds or credits will be given after a 12 month period (18 months for Laser Hair Removal) except where required by law. The company retains the right to alter this policy at any time with or without notice except where required by law.
GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Gift Cards do not expire and have zero fees associated with them. Gift Cards obtained by non-monetary means (charity events or others), may be subject to expiration or alteration unless prohibited by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Back to 30 will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or if the gift card is used without permission. Title to and risk of loss for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your gift card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Back to 30 reserves the right to refuse to accept gift cards that Back to 30 appear to obtain fraudulently.
